We will be running five Summer Playschemes for children and families across the Perry Barr Locality, and HAOS places can now be booked!
Our SOS (Summer of Something) Programme will run at the following sites:

27th–30th July 2026
3rd–6th August 2026
10th–13th August 2026
Monday–Thursday | 9:30am – 2:00pm

There will also be places available for some SEND pupils with mild to moderate needs at all sites.
If your child has more complex SEND needs, there are specialist playschemes available through Bring it on Brum which can provide a range of suitable options:

How to Apply
If parents/carers would like to book a place for their child, they will need to complete an online booking form by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer or by using the link below:

Children can attend any of the sites listed above.
Costs
For children eligible for Free School Meals (FSM), attendance is completely FREE, including breakfast and lunch.
For children who are not eligible for Free School Meals, the cost is £7 per child, per day.
Please note that there may be a contribution required towards the cost of trips for all children attending the programme.
FSM Voucher Codes
All schools have been allocated and sent a unique voucher code to distribute to families of children who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM). These codes can be used to access a place on any of our SOS Summer Playschemes 2026 and can also be used for other activities available through the Bring it on Brum programme.
Voucher codes are only available to FSM-eligible children and must be included on the application form.
Schools should have received their codes directly. If you have not received yours, please check with your school office.
Places cannot be automatically allocated without a valid voucher code. Families who do not have a code should contact HAOS directly for further advice:
