About Young Peoples Parliament (YPP)

Our Young Peoples Parliament is our core annual project that is open to all our member schools. We work with over 100 young people every year over three school terms to provide knowledge, skills, and opportunities to participate in local decision-making. Environmental Programme

Develop the knowledge, skills and sense of agency to empower the participants to become life-long Green Influencers.

The aim of the project is to develop the knowledge, skills and sense of agency and even the sense of urgency, to empower the participants in our program to become life-long Green Influencers. We approach sharing and understanding of seemingly esoteric or arcane subjects like carbon literacy, environmental footprints and the promotion of sustainable practices with practical engaging scientific pizzazz.
